Pact Serenity

PACT Serenity, the 3rd hawksbill tagged by Marymount University and Hawksbill Hope in Belize in 2011, was released from Turtle Shores Mission Base on Aug 20, 2011. Present for the release was PACT – Protected Areas Conservation Trust – who have funded a local training session being coordinated by Kevin Andrewin, of the Gales Point Wildlife Santuary and Hawksbill Hope.

Pact Serenity had a straight carapace length of 65cm and weighed in at 170 pounds and made her debut on local TV Aug 20, and a follow up will be aired Aug 23.
